Hello!
We're fabulous and we know it

The Girls

Friends since we were thirteen, its quite amazing we're still friends since we are all so different. From left: Alice, Szejia, Liyi, Qiuyi, Dorothy, Tan Yun, Liting, Anne, and Wanqing

Fashion Nation
Dorothy and Wanqing's genius
idea, originated from the
classrooms of Cedar where they flipped magazines during breaks. Just another reason to add on to why we're fabulous - there are fashion gurus amongst us!

I have another problem, which I think even the tech geek may not be able to solve by herself *grin* I have the bracelet now, but I'll have to let it go soon!!! My one/two weeks are almost up. Then the problem crops up - where will the bracelet fly to? Anne is not yet in California, and neither will Dooey and Liyi be in Seattle for some time. So do I send it back to Singapore? :) Please advise.

And everyone, I'm taking the Great Leap - I have decided that I shall get a bike! *laugh* I had been pondering about it for a few days now, and realised that if I continue to take the bus, I can never truely have the Danish experience! Everyone, absolutely everyone (except for the old people) rides a bike here. And it is very safe - they have cycle lanes and its all really organised and simple - so there is no need to fret about my life due to my expertise (or lack thereof) in cycling.

Ah, am missing a lot of things right now, despite having quite a whale of a time living a completely new life (I mean, I can even change my name if I want to, and nobody will be the wiser :)). I'm missing Singaporean food - although we know its pretty good, we'll never know it is great until you come to a place where people live on sandwiches, potatoes and the occasional kebab :( That explains why I'm simply dying for some good old rice right now.

And I miss you guys. Not that I feel desperately lonely, but I do feel somewhat alone in a place where I only know around five persons max. Then again, I don't really wish I'm back in Singapore right now - I just wish you guys are here to enjoy the superb weather and culture shocks with me.
