Hello darlings :)

I'd spent the last few hours with Dooey, in the library. As can be expected, we'd spent more time talking about random nonsense than on doing any real work.

Fortunately, the outcome of so much random nonsense is that we thought of a new idea, that may prove very useful. It is regarding birthdays and their accompanying celebratory pressies.

This year, the drift of matters is that we will be getting individual presents, instead of the ridiculously expensive ones with our usual giant pile of pooled money. This means a few things my dears:

1) We have to think harder about what to get - or if you want to listen to Liting, its more sincere.

2) There is no budget we have to adhere to.

3) We may get something grossly wrong, thus resulting in the birthday girl having to smile fake smiles and having to say fake thank-yous - all in all, a very uncomfortable situation. And considering how long we'd been friends, not very good to have happen.

I assume that most of us are familiar with SATC. But that is just assuming.

Anyway, does anyone remember about the registering of gifts? In short, this simply means having a list of potential gifts from where friends can choose which to get for you. There are a few merits to this system:

1) We know exactly what you want, and so cannot go grossly wrong with the presents.

2) You get exactly what you want, and won't have to smile fake smiles or say faux thank-yous.

So, what do you think? :)

arrrrggh~ i lost the dam competition!really is break record sia, cuz i clocked the shortest time ever on earth! oh well, i did wriggle my toes n it helped(thx QY!!!)...but, i guess i was wriggling my lil fingers too, cuz the judges insisted tat my umbrella swayed! so malu...idiotic...waste my broody time...den got free makeup+hairdo, and my aunty makeup artist(or makeup aunty) suckz!wads wif greeeen eyeshadow huh!she told mi:"qing(green) hao, ying wei qing chun!(young)!"cmon man!how lame can she get!make mi like witch~uurggh~~~

Hey girls, I suggest that since we all have flickr accounts and regularly update them, please do this extra step where when you have group pictures (or any duo pictures), please add the pictures to our group pool.

Steps:
1. Go to your flickr account and click on the picture so that you reach the "Picture Page", where only 1 picture is found on that page.. and you can leave comments etc.

2. Once you reach that page, click "add to group" button on top of that picture.

Drinks night was supposing cancelled so some of us met up for dinner with Rong. Wanqing came all dressed up. Initially, I thought she was crazy since she's only running some errands for Mum before meeting us for dinner. But I brushed off the thought thinking that perhaps she just want to look pretty yesterday. It was only later that I found out that I forgot to tell her that drinks night was off.

But spontaneously, Wanqing, Qiuyi and I trooped down to Obar for some drinks. Melissa, this ultra super nice girl that I kinda knew during first three months, joined us. It's nice to have her around because I can talk to her about him (both of us have someone that we used to and still kinda drooling over now). Wanqing and Qiuyi simply don't understand :)

So Qiuyi and I down 5 glasses of alcohol in an hour before leaving hastily for home. Not very good because we can hardly see the number plates of the buses. haha :)

I really need to stop buying. Busted my wallet over the weekend on things that I don't really need :( But this is absolutely subjective since there is only a thin line drawn between one's needs and wants. So I am going to convince myself what I bought is what I really need :) Afterall, if I compared my wardrobe to Qiqi's, it is incomparable. Well, I have only 40 pairs of skirts as compared to her 400 pairs of jeans :)

So these are the stuff that I got over the weekend They are really good buys!

1. 2 A/X T-shirts for Boyfriend and myself.
2. A/X Shirt for Boyfriend.
3. AF skirt.
4. AF hooded jacket. Qiuyi, I got it really cheap! It's almost the same as the one you got in the States (according to anne).

6. Double Lash.
7. Toddlers Disney's clothes for Noah and Lele.

And I am sharing the cost of Boyfriend's Jamis road bike which cost a freaking S$625. I could have gotten my LV wallet!

So, I am officially broke now. Please leave me alone to "recuperate my losses". In other words, no KTV for me (sorry, tze!) or any other activities that involve more than $10.
