Okay you know right, lets say you wake up... and then you eat like 1 sandwich. Then like four hours later you're hungry so you want to eat some lunch right? So let's say you eat fishball noodles (dry)... then dinner you don't really feel hungry so you eat something small. Like a bao or something.Then! at eight! even though you didn't eat much... you will feel bloated right!!!!!!!!!! like you didn't eat much and then you feel like you ate alot. but then you're still very hungry???
Does anyone know what i mean? What i mean is the reason why you're full but you still want supper... because you feel bloated but not very full, so you still want to eat more.
okay so please focus on that bloated feeling. Do you have it?????

I know!!!!
You just take like 6cm x 2cm x 2cm worth of ginger right, then cut it into pieces - can cut into slices or cubes...
and then just boil it and make ginger tea (strictly speaking called ginger-only soup). Of course not too much water, and then let it boil forever over a tiny fire.
Mine took about 5 x forever because I went to check on it like 10 times over 45 mins or something.
Of course DON'T put too much water if not it will just be ginger-flavoured plain water. Make enough for 1 cup...
Then drink it when its semi hot and your bloated feeling will be gone! In fact it will make you feel really good.
Supposed to get rid of water retention and aid in digestion + prevent/cure coughs.
I think can add dry longans in it too. As in cook the soup with the longans, not add it to the drink after you boil it.
And please don't be stupid and eat the ginger pieces okay, you're just supposed to drink the soup thing, not eat the residue.
And don't be a wimp and ask your maid/mother to make, please make yourself. because I made it myself so you all should make yourselves too, so old already.
